This transaction is between a buyer and seller who know each other, I know all parties and therefore facilitated the contract for both buyer and seller. Since the buyers are related to me the listing and buyer commissions were zero. This home is immaculate and carpeted throughout with the exception of kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen has newer laminate countertops and tiled backsplash. Kitchen appliances are white, the stove has coil burners, the microwave is new and the refrigerator is newer.
The basement has been very nicely finished and has a wet bar in the main room and an non-conforming bedroom/craft room with a closet but no window. There is rough in plumbing for adding a bathroom.
