Direction From Gunnison- west on Hwy 50 to Hwy 149, cross Blue Mesa Res. and take the first road to your left off of 149, which is Cty Rd 31. Take CR 31. Go right at the Y where it crosses the creek. Cross through the creek. You will go over cattle guard - pass through old cabins and another cattle guard, pass a single-wide trailer on left, make right at 3rd cattle guard ( Rd # 3043d), go past corrals & through gate (it's 2.2 miles to property from this gate), - go thru locked gate (call for key code), go 1.5 miles to cabin and turn 90 degrees left at single wide which is on the right. The road to the property is on your right. (Akens Rd). Drive-up this road to the property sign on the right.
