Our kids are heading off to college, so we don't need this big house anymore. We have been the only family to live in this home. You will feel right at home in the neighborhood. We have ice cream socials and BBQs out back of our home in the park with the entire community. We have made lifelong friends. When we sit on our back patio, the neighbors stop and say hi. We didn't even use the loft or the basement. I would say 100 people would be the max party size, but my wife threatened divorce if I tested that theory. This place has all the space and is a bargain for the size. Currently, this is the only home over 6000 sq feet listed for less than a million dollars in all of Douglas county! We are dog lovers. This house will be great for your pets. We have only hypoallergenic dogs that are spoiled beyond belief. Don't worry if you have pet allergies we do too.
